All of these attributes and more describe “Sahara”. She is a such a precious girl. She is a beautiful dark buckskin with black mane and tail, black points and a dorsal stripe. She is 15 hands tall and built like a tank. She is 8 years old and grade. She is a gentle and safe trail riding horse. She has even been used to pony the little ones that are too small to ride alone along the trail. She doesn’t have a foolish bone in her body. She is safe for most any level of rider. She will walk along easy and she has a smooth little jog trot. She has a nice easy lope. She will go anywhere that you point her pretty head. She has plenty of confidence to ride out alone. She has also been ridden in large groups and she will ride anywhere from the front to the back of the pack. You can put your saddle bags on her and fill them with the beverage of your choice. She will stand tied all day without complaint. She gets along well with other horses. She is good in the stall if you want to put her up during the bad weather. She loads and hauls well. She is good for the farrier. She loves to be groomed and of course she loves treats! She has been through all the desensitization including the tarps, flags, kids standing up on her and everything else kids think of doing. She doesn’t mind the silly stuff.
