Just so you guys know we took “Teton” formally Graham to the mountains just outside Yellowstone yesterday. He had tons of energy, alert, safe, and an easy going trot. We even encountered a Grizzly Bear about 25 yards off the main trail. Teton and our other horse Kit alerted but didn’t spook. The bear took off down the hill towards the river. The horses wanted to trot off so we let them for a while and then made them walk. Teton crossed the river like a champ and it’s a decent flowing river. He did it safely and he drank all the way across and then back again. Teton is a wonderful horse and we love him like crazy. If we end up living in Tennessee (hopefully soon) we will be back for another horse. Thanks again for Teton.
