If you are looking for a GENTLE & SAFE trail riding horse then meet “Chisholm”. He is so easy going and an incredible trail riding horse. He is a 13 year old grade Missouri Fox Trotter. This pretty boy is 16 hands tall. He is big enough to carry a rider all day long with ease. He stands quiet for mounting. He has seen about every kind of trail that you can think of and he can handle any of them. He is not spooky and just really wants to please you. If you don’t have a friend to ride with you can know that your ride will be safe on this sweet boy. He crosses water, logs and ditches. He is traffic, dog and UTV safe. He can go for months without riding him and he will still be the same safe horse that you rode the last time you put your saddle on him. He will walk along on a loose rein and he has the smoothest gait. He will also canter. He will ride one handed or two. Whichever is your preference. He gets along with other horses. He is good in the pasture or in the stall. He loads and hauls the best. He stands like a gentleman for a haircut. He is good for a bath and the farrier. He loads and hauls well. He is an all-around good boy.
